I used Maison de Chèvre Labneh and Gardiner’s dark honey for the base. I made a pistachio-sesame brittle, and I got some of Bee Natural Products’ HoneyComb Toffee; I sprinkled toffee and brittle bits throughout!!

Machias River Farms is a local family-owned and operated farm in Machiasport raising high quality heritage hogs and champion ADGA registered Alpine milking goats. We provide year round pasture and high quality feed to ensure our animals are the happiest they can be.

This week we will have our salami, goat milk, yogurt and Kefir!

Piper Mountain will have a variety of trees ready to transplant for your spring landscaping – including white spruce, korean fir, balsam fir and red oak

In addition to our maple syrup, granulated maple sugar, maple cream, maple sugar candy, and our unique maple walnut sundae sauce; Foss Hill Farm will be offering a “maple treat of the week.” This week it will be maple popcorn!

Jolly Bleat Farm is a small farm in Newburgh where we raise our own goats and make small-batch cheeses by hand. This week we’ll be bringing our goat cheese, chèvre, feta, caramels, and more to come soon.... We’d love for you to stop by, say hi, and support local!
