L’Atelier has all of your favorites, PLUS some fun specials for you this weekend! I picked up some beautiful mushrooms from Wild Fruitings, and cooked up some fresh Oyster, Shiitake, and Lions Mane mushrooms for some of your favorite recipes! These beauties go into my Mushroom Raviolis and my Mushroom and Sauerkraut Pierogis!

I’m also bringing a bunch of my Authentic Ramen Noodles for you to enjoy! I am so impressed by how many of you go all-out with your recipes with my noodles, but you don’t have to commit to the full dish to enjoy my Ramen! They can be used in stir-fry’s or cold-noodle salads, like a Spicy Sesame-Peanut Salad! Come grab a bag this weekend if you haven’t tried them already!

Nettie Fox Farm will be at market with spinach, spring-dug parsnips, onions, herbal tea, eggs and farmshare signups.

Early production here is ramping up with high tunnels full of growing greens, a greenhouse full of seedlings, a patchwork of emerging cover crops, the first vegetable seeds and transplants in the field waiting for sunshine, and a to-do list growing faster than crabgrass.
